是論壇速度慢還是我網速慢？

最近一兩天，論壇打開速度簡直要慢的不行。是論壇速度慢還是我網速慢？

我這裡很快的。沒有感覺到慢。

我這裡時快時慢，跟Google很像，快時嗖嗖的，慢時打不開
