paypal 要求提供tax id

今早收到paypal的郵件，要求提供tax id，要求提供的三樣我是一個沒有，怎麼破？我是用paypal的在線支付接口賣的虛擬產品，交易超過200筆了。

TAX ID就是指企業在中國的稅務登記號碼，，度娘一下：好像---稅號TAX ID 做在商業發票上， 同時顯示在運單上(快遞)，提單上(空運和海運提單)， 主要用於某些國家進口清關時海關直接扣稅用？。。。還是等待 熟悉業務的朋友幫你解答的了
