實際上取決於版權方是不是惡人。
如果版權方人還不錯，是直接通知你刪除，然後就沒事了。
如果版權方是惡人，他不會通知你，而是直接去google投訴，然後你就杯具了，網站會被降權

每個站長肯定都會說自己站上的資料，要麼版權是自己的，要麼是不知來源的

首先要有一個聯繫方式
5 M( Q; F7 a$ S" b4 K/ c+ H& Y其次沒有必要提網站上的東西都是自己的版權
這種面子觀念沒有必要
那些訪客一般不會去在乎，是不是你自己的
但是卻會給你版權帶來問題

沒錯，所以這是網絡法律界的一個難題。
我看過很多這樣的案子，雖然判決結果不一致，但一般都認同免責聲明就是在告訴大家,"站長不想為侵權內容負責"，所以這種排除責任的聲明其實是無效的。根據美國千禧年數字法案，只要不是惡意侵權，站長只要遵循通知-刪除程序就沒有問題了，所以就像月光說的，最好在disclaimer頁面放上聯繫郵箱。
. [5 n! X1 P* q3 f- a" {5 j但是版權方直接向google投訴，google一般為了避免自己的麻煩，就會枉殺無辜。
