域名還有 7天過期，應該從godaddy轉入namesilo再續費嗎

我很多年前註冊了paypal，認證了，但是從來沒有用過。
現在godaddy域名過期，一個要$14.99/yr，看到namesilo有免費隱私保護，所以想轉過去。

1.如果域名快過期也可以轉移過去嗎？

只要沒過期就肯定可以轉，轉的時候需要付費的。

現在這樣了，namesilo這邊提示Pending at Registry 。我在godaddy那邊已經accept transfer了。但是namesilo這邊還是這樣的提示：Pending at Registry，而且我用paypal綁定招行全幣種，但是卻被額外扣了1美元。我看到網上說這是預扣，貌似可以返還，那是要多久才返還？

轉入的時候系統默認是要續費1年的，不續費無法轉入。

還有7天過期可以轉入，GD轉NS只要一個小時以內，很快的。
