Amazon的收款問題

1.我選的付款方式是giftcard方式，發郵件說已經付款了，可是沒收到，兩次了，兩個月的都沒收到，請問giftcard是會發到郵箱裡嗎，還是要到後台哪裡找。誰知道麻煩回答一下，謝謝！

PS ：收到這樣的郵件是說明已經付款了吧

是發到郵箱裡的，你到郵箱垃圾堆裡找找有沒有信

暈，在廣告郵件裡找到了，一直用foxmail，收取不到，還以為沒發！

和你一樣 foxmail不收信廣告郵件和訂閱郵件還有垃圾郵件呵呵

amazon gc是2000上限，超過2000發多張票，建議多號，我丟過票
