VALUECLICK BUYS FASTCLICK...DUH

ou heard it here first, folks ?as we said over a week ago, ValueClick will be buying Fastclick, after dismal reports overcast the company's future and what was seen as one of the worst IPOs in the industry. According to an industry insider, the relationship was in discussion even before Fastclick went public. To help with this transition, one key Fastclick executive, Jeff Hirsch, moved over to Valueclick last month as their new Senior VP of Business Development. This purchase is expected to help further grow the already developing  CPA-to-CPM relationship between the two companies, where Fastclick was running a plethora of ValueClick CPA ads across their network to drum up revenue. For all those who listened to us and ran out and bought Fastclick stock, we'd like our 10% now.
