After performing an extensive review of your performance in the CJ
Network as a Publisher, Commission Junction is exercising its right to
terminate the CJ Publisher Service Agreement with 30 days notice.

30 days from the date of this notice, your account with Commission
Junction will no longer be active. Please remove all links/ banners by that
date since you will no longer be authorized to post such links/banners
and will not be receiving any compensation for referrals through such
links/banners.

Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement are identified, your
account may be terminated, in Commission Junction鈥檚 sole discretion,

will be reversed from your account ("charged-back") and credited back

+ p% _- f2 R+ P7 c* u0 o. }Locked: The Commission Junction system locks all New and Accepted transactions as well as any transactions that have been in the Extended status for a period longer than 30 days on the 10th of the month following the month they were posted. Commissions for all Locked transactions will be included in the payment following the month the transactions were posted (e.g., transactions locked in January are included in the February commission payment). Once a transaction is locked it may not be moved to another status
