amazon德國站怎麼申請過的？

我是用的美國com網站的號去申請英國的，順便關聯了德國，法國等
現在英，法，意，澳，西等都過了，唯獨德國的過不了。中國的也沒過，用另外的中文站才過的。
* \1 J5 b* N* @; R' E尼瑪，德國有這麼嚴的麼？難道要叫我用德文網站？

建議弄一個DE的站去申吧。。。不過這種情況不應該啊。。之前看到有的人用美國號也申到了的
