救命啊~~求教如何解除PP的限制呀~~

今天PP又給我發信了~~內容如下：

我真的糊塗了~~請問各位大蝦~~PP到底讓我具體怎麼做才能解除我的帳戶的限制？

你需要將你的信用卡帳單傳真給他，還有你的身份證傳真給他，證明這個卡是你的

就傳真這2樣就可以了嗎？其它的就不用傳真給它了？

有個帳號有問題，你的和他有過交易。是@HOTMAIL後綴的帳號，大概意思是要等他那個解決你才會解決。一知半解，不知道理解的對不對。

英文太爛看不明白  我在未激活狀態時也被封過一次  拿卡激活就再沒出過問題了

給我匯款的是我一個朋友~~他的帳戶也被限制了~~但現在又解除了~~完全正常了~~但我的PP的限制怎麼才能解除呢？
