求助.......CJ的,老手進來幫幫忙...

已經6月20了,做了CJ也一個多月啦,怎麼還沒出票給我??大家幫忙看看是什麼問題....

1 ^  v% x6 F5 D3 ?& u1 B  `: A0 hLast month's CJ check has still not arrived and it is usually well and truly here by now. Last month I reported here that my check came with someone else's check stuck to the back of it - I'm worried that may have happened to me.

8 d4 h& J! ?- o: Y/ q; v6 [! R+ J. W5 mCJ said if they stop the original check and send another it will cost me $25 USD (FYI: my checks aren't huge as I don't focus on CJ) - do you all think this is fair?

I mean, by switching to travelex for their checks, they've started dealing with a company who is unreliable as far as I am concerned - someone else probably has their check and mine at this point.

今天25號了，CJ還是沒有發票，究竟怎麼了

A check is not a proof of payment, this is worldwide commercial procedure, if you give a check, you have not paid yet (in a legal form), if someone gives you a check, they have not paid you yet, the payment is made when the funds are transfered.

2 r4 x3 z; K& O9 A- M; E9 U4 qif you do not receive CJ check you can request them topay you (or proof that you have been paid).

In a legal case, they can only argue that they are not guilty because they sent you a check if they have your signature in a postal confirmation receipt.
