brother-in-law involved with driving traffic from pay per
" P1 ]' ]: U7 i# m, \click search engines to CPA lead offers.

6 k4 @# q& ~' L! \% OI left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
  ~) F  M9 t- a  I- l/ Pand how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
lead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Google accepted the new bid.

Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
on the ads.

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

He is not a big Google fan because of all their
7 G# f+ f# `7 N$ d) ~  T3 Drules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
, V. e1 D9 G# R& D. B- A; ywith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
" k5 l% a5 P0 r" {5 i$ Z. Y6 F7 ?# `engines I had given him.

He started making some good money, but things could have
, H4 |3 |: ^3 |, d" zbeen better if not for the following:

# |; c$ i4 s5 v2 n% O" A8 o. v" T! k1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
than $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
/ r8 i; P; Y, m+ p( edistracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
this one go.

( D' H( a, m% r' Y# _Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
got around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a

, I9 o; A! r# m2 x* g% Sa lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
/ M7 `2 B3 D: C- U* ?9 x- E- u) na mortgage and car payment.

For Waseem, this was a windfall.

% f$ }: [( L5 G+ r! O5 HWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
! g: q0 l+ Y& g3 g9 M3 x( `when I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
9 X2 v% x, E+ \  fin September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
October.

If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
* Y1 G1 `; D$ j& R1 {50% of these gross revenues as profit.

- s! h, \/ I6 a# PHe still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

4 {" i' g) z* mI actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
# ], ~: ~3 f$ m- g' [: ^set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
seminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
: r% `+ y; B+ ]3 E, @/ {select group of 25 participants.

2 g6 v' Z. A- ~$ P$ N) |I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

5 z- ]7 m  G  H9 [+ H% d* tHe came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
school and start ramping my campaigns up.」
