brother-in-law involved with driving traffic from pay per
click search engines to CPA lead offers.

# Z) o# E$ ^; v' D# K- Iand how I was trying to fix it.

/ U6 o' |8 G2 W" \0 q# ]( v& O; IHere is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
& i7 }! p7 i. D5 rlead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

% r9 R% D8 o7 L9 R! ]8 zrewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
& z1 N/ U" E- ~( sGoogle.

He is not a big Google fan because of all their
rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
* @) m5 T0 a6 a8 K5 C3 Ocould have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
with the list of other *profitable* pay per click search

- ~' C; y& _1 I8 L3 y7 t  bHe started making some good money, but things could have
been better if not for the following:

1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
: ~" w; D" t8 a! xthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
3 h& q3 i8 z# tas Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
/ Q' B1 o4 J1 b9 E0 O3 ^day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
# U0 H# I0 h- g3 b2 A) U- Nit was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

2 K8 j! E9 [- Y! k  E( l9 v/ g3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
this one go.

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
. ^) j* J# j  T$ I7 lgot around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a
$10,000/month.

a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

For Waseem, this was a windfall.

Waseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
when I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
/ [, v0 Y  R5 H- b6 p% Ucommissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
October.

If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
6 R7 X/ H: D6 j$ k( d1 v, H4 a" [50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
; N5 K* S* w" V7 h$ {still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
) S; ?  i$ _0 T7 Y& b  dcomplete auto-pilot.
& p8 a* C; o0 I0 a
4 @- E! w: Q, z; k6 t( l+ CI actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

5 H" J2 r9 J, ^# R# j# L/ ~You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
, K' ^! d- y6 ^" t- Wseminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
select group of 25 participants.

I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.
; }2 c/ y4 d0 G9 h( W+ `6 d
, J& c3 U  @' r5 F4 }7 e- zHe came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
school and start ramping my campaigns up.」

Don』t worry bud, only one more semester left.
