and how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.252 P& D( O, v% I. E& c! E# Z: E
lead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.+ K, {! F: s6 D. Z& U

Google accepted the new bid.) f# ]6 ]7 b0 c8 g# u

rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR

could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented

He started making some good money, but things could have

, w) K$ j1 }" C1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more0 @5 [& G" y( C+ `8 U
than $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon O% X) x: p7 D7 H4 [+ A9 z; M
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
7 Y% L v8 Q2 t8 {7 f2 [day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.3 T, `0 S+ p, v2 C7 T# j

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*

it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

For Waseem, this was a windfall.

Waseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad9 \4 Z9 y, L! C4 O, }
when I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university+ h9 Z. X y X% h' D
in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate

! T' R8 Y: F- m: o$ KIf he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
/ _/ \% A' c b# ]using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
2 S4 u, z( q0 v3 I& q$ e T+ h50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is. m% d" y& J. P/ d
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on% }! v2 p' V2 b8 D' c
