I left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
and how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
3 {' J% b7 B4 ^8 v) K+ `lead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Woo hoo!

Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
/ z* w8 _3 q1 @1 S& M! ]on the ads.

. j$ Q  g$ m. w/ a) n5 {From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

: g+ {6 U& E$ x4 t9 Q4 F* h& c0 QHe is not a big Google fan because of all their
rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

# j( ^+ e8 ^& S% B+ t" @- H: FHe only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
& Q: x# v+ g& z! F& ?with the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
engines I had given him.

% _0 h3 f" Q+ O, oHe started making some good money, but things could have
( v1 b  [" ]' b  Pbeen better if not for the following:

1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
3 j. }' u2 h. k+ N. F9 ^' f7 Zthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
8 w1 u" s8 w. @" `. ?it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
! A9 ?; w' p! \6 r+ z8 U+ Cand had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
; Y; w& [, t0 c: Gthis one go.

8 S' P0 [$ \( j8 X! LOver the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
got around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a
$10,000/month.

For some people, they may say that the above profit is not
0 w' O5 s2 u+ p! Fa lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

6 i, f$ m, R+ AFor Waseem, this was a windfall.

8 K% w; J0 m9 i/ ?1 t; y) CWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
when I think about the potential.

  M6 E6 q' O1 s, q. T+ L5 z/ oIn fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
8 }9 g1 A6 S. u+ Y1 q- H$ uin September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
: X" a# o9 {. j; @8 K$ NOctober.

If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
50% of these gross revenues as profit.
' s/ d; c0 E5 m8 B
9 h; t4 x% s. f. o9 sHe still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

9 _3 Z& V% P) l% T% k3 q" kI actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
: }' G4 c+ d" P" g8 S4 ^; Iseminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
select group of 25 participants.

/ m* c2 _. `2 ^2 F- A2 XI only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

He came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
# ^4 e+ I3 o: Yschool and start ramping my campaigns up.」

Don』t worry bud, only one more semester left.
