" |; H% E9 [' FI left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
and how I was trying to fix it.

! C9 n& z. P6 |$ W; {Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
% [3 T1 N# s% u! r# Plead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

$ @8 I9 s6 p  o! uGoogle accepted the new bid.

Woo hoo!

# d* \5 ]3 v) x" ^: \. `( iNow Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
' ~: p9 I) S3 r. Kon the ads.

. h0 {# }" ~* |0 kFrom this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
! u# ?* P* g0 V& c6 cwriting skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

He is not a big Google fan because of all their
) @# v9 H, x- x& p$ h7 s2 ~rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
! L* W* p- Z# s1 ~lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

* C" }: ^# S. xHe only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
" {4 i3 V# s/ `2 a" ycould have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
8 k$ J7 }. G1 @( m+ U! p8 U2 ^8 t" kwith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
( q2 P7 `8 Y- M# T8 W: x" Vengines I had given him.

6 s- j; j: z' a- a+ WHe started making some good money, but things could have
) k6 m: F. y5 d& B+ U4 ibeen better if not for the following:

* f) R& d! ~! G' _- {2 F- f1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
4 |1 j; U% S5 bthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
& _, }, N# f9 x: h# {2 e0 p  Mas Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
6 p* r& |6 G* l& V3 Gdistracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let

6 p2 U/ D$ I7 L1 c' v% X+ ~" aOver the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
  l3 Q8 B& X0 \) N, r  mgot around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a

a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

Waseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
when I think about the potential.

. g# \9 A/ w5 Y6 m0 `In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
; Z2 ^* z0 ?, M; s/ ?in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
9 ]0 L+ u" y! g+ _% \commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
October.
& Z# D  [6 L  N+ o
8 ?8 A! x# T0 k! Q2 C7 g/ XIf he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
1 P/ p* r9 i$ R7 |" Z+ k7 P  a; V" qusing the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

% @: l$ j+ z# f. |* S1 b% m. Q7 oI actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

) t) `2 y) x0 X2 {1 X4 \seminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
select group of 25 participants.

I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

He came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
school and start ramping my campaigns up.」
