Okay, here is the continuation of the story on how I got my
8 }' }$ u; R9 [" f: c. l" Ubrother-in-law involved with driving traffic from pay per
* G( p; q; K6 q5 r1 tclick search engines to CPA lead offers.

9 [- V+ c6 k$ B7 a9 kI left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
and how I was trying to fix it.

. D1 {$ a$ E# y/ D! y- a+ `, n( L! ~Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
lead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Ready?

Google accepted the new bid.

Woo hoo!

Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
on the ads.
6 \0 @# `8 ^' \, T8 u/ N& O9 U/ U
& E/ r4 q+ F1 y" q, v* p5 zFrom this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

He is not a big Google fan because of all their
rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
% a7 j& V  z, P* Qwith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
engines I had given him.

6 V/ m7 K- _& d( SHe started making some good money, but things could have
been better if not for the following:
' C6 Y- r  N& R4 }# s, Z
# Q) e' v& s* `3 M; j: q4 Y) l5 K1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
8 T& E; P0 h; ?" B3 K& n$ a1 Uthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
  ~8 o2 W- |/ tday, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

. b2 t5 V4 e/ V4 p- g2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
! g' n5 G+ T% t" _distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
9 I' U- X0 Z9 q: K# L) ]: Mit was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

8 @6 p1 t& N& @5 _! g, b3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
$ o0 c. x6 Y- _9 hgot around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
, ^( _) ?8 R6 L0 p1 G6 R) pthat he would have built enough traffic to pull off a
  M, S* Q+ E% ^: ^$ s3 }$10,000/month.

7 I- U) h# i/ {a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
: }* o! N2 j) `9 ga mortgage and car payment.

% U7 w( q0 B! Q2 J% I" r7 t* HFor Waseem, this was a windfall.

Waseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
1 H8 R$ Z+ j. l! K0 |! s: x9 X; Lwhen I think about the potential.
( [7 V, w0 m5 O. Y) q' a' l- U
In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
) S2 {4 f* I! Oin September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
) a& ~7 E7 K: g/ G, P% S4 jcommissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
6 K- t8 l, m4 d2 h. ?October.

* V( D3 ~- y, R" D. t8 GIf he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
50% of these gross revenues as profit.

9 D5 R0 a% ~# m" r& b9 N" {He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

I actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
6 ~% X4 d4 `+ r" hseminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
select group of 25 participants.

I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

. r" k9 l6 A4 ]2 _9 C. j- I8 H$ EHe came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
$ _: X6 s1 o$ A* b( u! w) ?school and start ramping my campaigns up.」

Don』t worry bud, only one more semester left.
