Okay, here is the continuation of the story on how I got my

8 _3 ~4 k+ G5 {5 H1 m, u0 vI left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
and how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
lead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

( m- k# h/ z* Y& ^% fNow Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
6 i. S! A- L' [* s+ \' Irewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
on the ads.

& Q% e( f+ `. eFrom this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.
! e1 `; ~1 u) _9 z: W; B( C/ }2 k" _
He is not a big Google fan because of all their
rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

6 v7 S. e. h1 e% AHe only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
8 D% `8 d- [  s* nwith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
# {" e4 u+ B  ]engines I had given him.

He started making some good money, but things could have
6 ]4 k! J/ [2 c2 H; W3 Lbeen better if not for the following:

& I1 {) J( C' C" R1 N' m% O1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
than $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

. f" ^* J9 E7 N% O/ I+ v2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
: M  k* Z* ~/ m+ H& V4 rit was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
this one go.

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
got around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a
( L( h" D* \1 X$ L$10,000/month.

a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

For Waseem, this was a windfall.

Waseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
+ `9 u7 [; G5 j) D. R) ]: Ewhen I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
: v6 D. S- W) D2 E* @; N; C. fOctober.
* Z# G; U$ U6 A6 Q6 c, Z; ?
If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
$ A( `* X0 h* v4 J9 \) Cusing the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
50% of these gross revenues as profit.

7 o; r1 ^7 k) q. pHe still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
% K$ \! t6 n, H. I2 Astill netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
6 C2 X- B& g+ K9 g2 Ucomplete auto-pilot.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
seminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
select group of 25 participants.

He came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
school and start ramping my campaigns up.」
