click search engines to CPA lead offers.

2 Y: C/ I0 Q+ II left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
and how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
( B! `, V! R1 D8 Q1 dlead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Google accepted the new bid.

Woo hoo!

+ G4 N. e6 i- G2 PNow Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
- y: x+ ?9 j+ _4 i! _) o# pon the ads.

* O/ n6 c$ k: o, p. G" x8 K. D/ t9 RFrom this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
3 X- l* b# O" Swriting skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

- x3 m  d: Q# H9 [& S0 I5 n: N7 Q' O7 ZHe is not a big Google fan because of all their
- u* Q! \, e, e! W, y0 h, J2 Irules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.
0 y' [: a) ~2 @1 z; Y$ x0 a
He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
7 W7 D5 H0 Q" p9 e: I' owith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
2 T# b5 E% ?- a2 d2 m# tengines I had given him.

He started making some good money, but things could have
been better if not for the following:

  O" m& U6 x4 \9 E1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
: K- A" e: c. [1 _$ t+ Pthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
9 r5 D! |( s$ ?% f) Yas Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
- W: t# X: N, P0 N" M8 d) tday, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

+ V, A! Y" z2 x) p2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

- O. i6 ~- ^& S3 }3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let

got around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a

For some people, they may say that the above profit is not
, P) B6 x% {! ]$ }a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

- f* _1 Q$ e; |2 n  ZFor Waseem, this was a windfall.

$ x0 v0 N7 T5 cWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
* Q& `6 Q& G) ?' F7 Swhen I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
" O# {" M  H' g6 k1 [+ \6 _October.

' A2 L) t$ K; [" RIf he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
50% of these gross revenues as profit.

7 Y/ v! J- k( \: a. iHe still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
5 e- j; U" N2 {) J) g3 }still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
2 U: s+ }" s% Tcomplete auto-pilot.

( r1 j6 J( J9 ~( r+ K# g8 PI actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
8 }, F2 N' u; K# j- T, }6 wseminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
2 M7 W, T; p7 f* \: }0 q( P/ [  m9 [select group of 25 participants.

I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

) \5 s9 Y/ f0 z/ V4 hHe came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
2 l& s+ x8 T0 b) f7 Yschool and start ramping my campaigns up.」

6 g. S' `! _! D, q& C, k' m4 ?Don』t worry bud, only one more semester left.
