0 q7 T5 s" j6 ^$ I F3 _6 _) \and how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
8 w2 d+ Z: f" t6 slead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Google accepted the new bid.

on the ads.) \' ~ D+ i& g4 ^+ S

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad2 k& ^" S, y7 ^# ?& T
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on

0 `( ]0 V' _; J2 \He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
/ f2 ~" t9 y4 b+ \& ecould have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
) I1 j7 C: I% J. ]4 t8 E0 ywith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
* I ~9 }0 \! Cengines I had given him.

He started making some good money, but things could have
E% M3 N2 X" u5 u' q- Gbeen better if not for the following:

1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more

0 t" T- s: b8 Q2 Kas Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a5 z* d; o' ^$ h6 _5 P1 ^+ B3 V+ [
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.
& W1 A7 c( a1 q! s: X
% b& q" Z% |; W9 \- l2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*: g9 ^4 u+ |9 B/ L+ T. J3 G) _
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me$ e& B/ C/ n' c4 b' o O2 u+ F
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only

For Waseem, this was a windfall.

+ A$ M* x1 Q1 l! T3 v1 CWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university6 D/ `0 U) [: C4 L( `
in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate

# W( a2 I( v' x/ ]If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns0 V( L3 _0 Z3 E9 g0 T, t
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted1 y* j8 e' b1 O! ` A+ `
50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
! N! p# X6 I7 V9 t. r# k7 t/ z# Estill netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
