Okay, here is the continuation of the story on how I got my
brother-in-law involved with driving traffic from pay per

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
8 X$ t8 Z5 n3 g3 \3 blead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Google accepted the new bid.

rewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
" e9 F! c. i6 Kwriting skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

- V: a) K& H& G0 ZHe is not a big Google fan because of all their
  i8 Y- O5 D% `* f1 v0 |rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
lot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

9 P. l% O- C9 c2 bHe only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
1 t1 m/ T; ~0 f. C$ R5 Scould have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
8 o+ {/ ?1 S# @( T5 D7 j4 W! Mwith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
2 s: E: p5 v: |& R' ?2 `) w: Kengines I had given him.

; g3 u1 ~& q" U/ j% \% iHe started making some good money, but things could have
$ R3 r9 \' N) T, Cbeen better if not for the following:

) a. ?2 V8 ]- ]1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
, H! `5 D9 C6 l: p% m: ^than $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

( t1 ^( B3 o+ j( K- v4 M7 l3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let

got around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a

For some people, they may say that the above profit is not
a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

' M& O9 k- I+ b+ I( LFor Waseem, this was a windfall.
8 L! Z3 H' U  L5 [
" q" E. A. A) K+ z" ^7 xWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
4 v, G- c# P/ P! Z9 @when I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
2 ]7 @: b8 k4 J& N3 fin September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
" E5 V$ _3 {  Q8 \' {( v- ~4 VOctober.

* }3 J9 x) J# b$ w5 {& cIf he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
# h2 S7 f  ]9 M/ P1 y0 Y4 W1 [3 j' ^" Uusing the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
50% of these gross revenues as profit.

# ]& d( `4 _$ b6 eHe still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
# e8 H4 N7 ?6 m7 {9 b9 a" T; k9 X* ^* w4 estill netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
0 L+ _, s0 I5 e- T4 ?( ~complete auto-pilot.

I actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
; f4 A  p2 m' h1 ]set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
0 s7 E2 i; ?6 ]- k3 _0 ~seminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
select group of 25 participants.

I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

He came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
; M/ a" ~- r# Qschool and start ramping my campaigns up.」

Don』t worry bud, only one more semester left.

student who didn』t have *any* Internet marketing experience
