Okay, here is the continuation of the story on how I got my
brother-in-law involved with driving traffic from pay per

I left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account

" m# S3 u" @" y( jHere is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
( o# u- f& T1 D& I6 V) L  N& flead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Google accepted the new bid.

Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
5 i& C) n1 F7 x+ p/ I. K$ ?, rrewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

He is not a big Google fan because of all their
' d% x+ \4 w1 @0 H$ Y2 {rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
! W7 ^8 o; [+ M# G9 u' Klot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
& u" o) a. X& }% Icould have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
with the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
) i6 U  v# ^+ H% N3 y1 rengines I had given him.

% z8 p/ A6 @! THe started making some good money, but things could have
been better if not for the following:

. G# A% ]& }& h1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
than $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
) W# G& w! C3 o/ sas Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
: ]# X( d5 B4 ^" Mday, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

) ^: u8 M* r) l3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
& E  ~; u. |5 M0 x& ^) G; Q8 Kthis one go.

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
: C6 o! Q, m) Y4 N0 O1 rgot around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a

For some people, they may say that the above profit is not
1 ?. D3 A, P, o# Ua lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
6 {8 a6 `% s  ]  a- G% h$ ]a mortgage and car payment.

/ x' T9 Y$ S1 ?' `6 E2 |For Waseem, this was a windfall.

Waseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
0 S$ b9 J; O1 j6 n9 t* R9 Cwhen I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
in September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
+ V" p' s0 x4 i2 u" _commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
October.

If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
  Z! ^, S! t( V# _using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
1 F2 v- a! u+ d& C4 N3 D50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

I actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.
! z5 {, a+ [2 K+ @2 f2 Q) B1 w7 g8 H
You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
- O' G% u- U: W( w+ q6 Rseminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
2 y/ J4 V* z1 o* x/ R* I  v) Z6 S; Hselect group of 25 participants.
! \0 Q, Y$ ~% w( l5 V( l0 W5 N0 n
1 d  l- u, M; H. FI only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

) V8 I6 k" T9 \He came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
0 O: C; }, ~% l2 U6 o; [school and start ramping my campaigns up.」

; j6 _" @9 n- ~4 t* I! DDon』t worry bud, only one more semester left.

Hope this story motivates you that if a broke college

can make money using the PPC to CPA money model, so can you.
