Okay, here is the continuation of the story on how I got my
. M. `! t, G1 K% o8 tbrother-in-law involved with driving traffic from pay per
click search engines to CPA lead offers.

I left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
and how I was trying to fix it.

Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25

Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
' _, `' f4 m* J& Krewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
on the ads.

# H3 U+ ^" l, K2 x6 P9 E1 TFrom this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
$ n" h9 Y3 m3 z/ G$ U+ Zwriting skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
/ r6 \) t+ R5 _) JGoogle.

" n9 l& A' i/ mHe is not a big Google fan because of all their
rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
9 Q, c+ d% D/ M2 _. Qlot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
( c* S; W5 f% l$ Lcould have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
with the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
  V( f' V3 Q" \( P7 Sengines I had given him.

. O" O$ X7 J) dHe started making some good money, but things could have
been better if not for the following:

1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
" ^) k, v5 J- gthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
as Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
5 n0 r# d# q' P! xday, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

" o9 u8 D$ y6 y9 Z. n2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
it was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.

2 w# r( Y( |; E$ O% N  D3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
and had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
8 f! W9 c% y2 n; Ythis one go.

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
got around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
/ _; D, _+ X; Sthat he would have built enough traffic to pull off a
: B' l; G' _: t) c2 E- R$10,000/month.
! M' M; d2 O; s$ [' i: E7 d/ i
Here are the result of Waseem』s stats since mid-May by
month:

For some people, they may say that the above profit is not
7 W" d$ ~+ e4 b) Ba lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
a mortgage and car payment.

# ]5 S7 M7 I: vFor Waseem, this was a windfall.
% Y/ a5 S8 N1 O5 ~3 L9 `8 ]% o
" s5 p* d; P+ \6 PWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
5 T0 Q2 J$ N6 j! Fwhen I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
5 z, N- x) S  W4 z& m( @/ p' ]. n& nin September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
October.

If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
using the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
% F8 @- \( k1 `2 O50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

I actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
seminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
3 m! O% u; p- K3 \6 C* Uselect group of 25 participants.

; w( w) J9 A. M+ }I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

He came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
school and start ramping my campaigns up.」
