Here is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25 a- t) F: ~( s6 }5 d- T) l
lead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.% `0 V h! H- P

Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google

on the ads.

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad. g* P4 F, A% k8 g: ] N
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on

rules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He" ~8 }& K: {* c X
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented) c" E7 j- d* ?- w
with the list of other *profitable* pay per click search0 I- ? C, F, S( x* e
engines I had given him.

- p) q* e" i0 c( L, jHe started making some good money, but things could have7 e$ [; d5 ~) z

than $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon

day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university

If he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
