Okay, here is the continuation of the story on how I got my

click search engines to CPA lead offers.

I left off on how he messed up his Google Adwords account
; o  U% O8 G( d9 j5 t* {and how I was trying to fix it.

. b, i6 v3 O2 f) ^+ x: q% Q; hHere is what happened when I dropped the bid on that $1.25
$ O# m8 o  L. V. C) Dlead campaign from $1.00 down to about $0.25.

Google accepted the new bid.

1 ^7 R8 U, g9 F0 {* H: J1 S) ]Now Waseem can actually make money on this offer. Google
& i. S+ \! U) V8 g1 m4 Y8 m; Drewarded this campaign because we had developed a good CTR
on the ads.

From this experience, I reminded him to develop his ad
writing skills to keep a good CTR ratio for all his ads on
Google.

  |8 V. X: U; z# G0 B3 KHe is not a big Google fan because of all their
% z8 U9 O2 ^# _7 Y- j/ h3 O- Yrules and restrictions, but he really likes MSN and spent a
' J  M! f; }, u0 n! b5 `" m! Ylot of time on this PPC search engine setting up campaigns.

He only ever did learn Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. He
could have built a lot more traffic if he had experimented
/ ~9 Z' g( C+ d) M1 C1 w# w, B/ pwith the list of other *profitable* pay per click search
engines I had given him.

He started making some good money, but things could have
been better if not for the following:

7 n* F7 s9 n) o1. Never use a broke college student who hasn』t made more
9 [! d8 V( M) s9 lthan $2,000 in an entire summer as a test subject. As soon
$ [. e3 k( x& _) fas Waseem started making $100 in affiliate commissions a
day, he got lazy and stopped doing much.

2. World Cup: Waseem is a soccer fanatic and was *easily*
distracted by the World Cup. So distracted that he told me
. z8 o$ V# ~! U1 Q# Jit was a *need* for him to watch almost all the matches.
: \7 K6 ?: ]+ B; W0 \6 H* T
' R  F% h" u+ z9 Z# a( h" z* a3. He enrolled himself in a full-time course over the summer
) Y$ N$ v/ i' e$ aand had assignments and tests to complete. Okay, I will let
this one go.

Over the three and a half months he spent at my home, he only
: n/ f% g5 J4 L, v, L: L3 igot around to driving traffic to 4-5 offers. I had hoped
that he would have built enough traffic to pull off a
$10,000/month.

For some people, they may say that the above profit is not
a lot of money. But for others, that is enough to cover
, p2 A9 |8 b8 Na mortgage and car payment.

8 C# C$ F* C" F( j3 ZFor Waseem, this was a windfall.
8 i- V* s5 {& w6 S1 c
3 H& u0 U& j9 y* w5 u) v- W  Z3 ]/ aWaseem got lazy and gave up to soon. It still makes me mad
  o7 l: A+ T2 _- _: g) x0 c) Zwhen I think about the potential.

In fact, it was ironic that when he went back to university
: l& `$ S1 g) n5 m0 R/ }: r! D1 Nin September, he virtually did nothing and his affiliate
commissions jumped to almost $4,000 in both September and
October.

$ D! P# o, `  K* T) G% ZIf he had just spent a few hours optimizing his campaigns
/ h5 F8 z4 P6 ]4 _2 l  h$ fusing the *system* I showed him, he could have easily netted
; }* B! @8 a. i8 z- k- n* j' {50% of these gross revenues as profit.

He still isn』t doing anything with his campaigns, but is
8 l0 y" h6 }0 R" r; u! |still netting an average of $1,000 in profit a month on
complete auto-pilot.

I actually just recently saw him after he came up to help me
set up my recent two day seminar in Toronto.

You should have seen the look on his face *after* my two day
# d/ l- d! D7 w+ W7 c2 _$ }6 |6 Z* ]  }seminar, when I spilled the beans on *everything* I do to
. V, n. Y1 ]* W: D; u' [select group of 25 participants.

I only taught him about 30% of what I knew.

0 G6 N- e2 F! ~1 C4 t! JHe came up to me and kept repeating 「Man, I gotta finish
( @" S( h( H" b. r) r) nschool and start ramping my campaigns up.」
