eBay name in the United States and internationally, including related& A# S' Y/ v7 h7 A8 _
common law rights. Accordingly, eBay enjoys broad trademark rights in

eBay has made a substantial investment in developing and providing its

substantial effort and resources to providing only high quality
6 ~* T/ K4 t1 X/ P. Rservices, the eBay name and trademarks are widely known among the* G9 W; P7 u6 V$ ]! r- \" N2 C7 a
consuming public worldwide, and the name and trademarks embody9 A# q5 g% z; u
substantial and valuable goodwill.
