9 r$ ^6 g! i0 o, X1 `) lthat time, we will introduce minor changes to the User Agreement
6 G2 G" N  [/ Fand its incorporated policies, and to the Privacy Policy. The new
+ W  L) J) J8 s* hUser Agreement will be similar to the current Agreement, and will
8 @9 j) ]' @& a4 ^/ icontain no adverse amendments from a customer's perspective. It

would prefer to retain your relationship with PayPal, Inc., you

the primary address on your PayPal account as of August 1, 2006 is
a legitimate postal address within the United States.

your account at any time, either before or after the transition to
