先說一下我的情況。那天想兌MB到EG結果發現在最後一步確認時需要生日，我試了幾次，結果賬戶被鎖住了。 N# e6 P; K7 `3 t6 a# S. L
接著我的註冊MB的信箱裡收到了MB發來的信說明了被鎖的原因是因為生日密碼輸入的不正確，並要求提供身份證或護照掃瞄或傳真到service@moneybookers。於是我用數碼相機照了張身份證的照片，並附上了英文翻譯，發了封郵件到上面的地址。
9 T. X& b+ s2 h+ W$ B等了三天沒信，後來又發了封信，又等了近一個星期左右終於收到了MB客服的信說已經按身份證上的日期重設了。
+ E3 z% J9 ^( e: b" \& {# }0 W% V/ D7 M' J( Q& I
