請教一個稅表的問題！

今天身體帳號，裡面的稅表不像其他公司那樣在web填信息的，是需要下載 DOC 文件，然後填好了發到他們公司的郵箱或者郵寄出去的，請問下面的 簽字 一欄，是否真的是需要手寫的簽字呢？

FOREIGN CERTIFICATION

(6) Maintaining the affiliate』s Site.

Notwithstanding the above representation, if the U.S. taxing authorities subsequently determine that the affiliate and IPNIC DBA xxxxxxxxxx.com, the affiliate will be responsible for providing IPNIC DBA xxxxxxxxxx.com with a Valid Certificate of the affiliate』s Exemption from obligation to pay U.S. withholding taxes as authorized by the U.S. taxing authorities and the affiliate will be responsible for paying any withholding tax (and related interest and penalties) required by the U.S. taxing authorities in connection with payment made by with IPNIC DBA xxxxxxxxxx.com to the affiliate.

I have read the above Foreign Certification and herby certify that 「I」 「the affiliate」 do/does not have U.S. activities, as defined above, and agree to the other terms of this certification.
