【求助】Amazon登陸不了，找回密碼遇到毀滅性的難題！！！

事情是這樣的，我9月份在同學電腦上登錄amazon，一下子登錄進去，2秒後就退出來了，後面就一直登陸不進去了，後來檢查郵箱發現郵件：

我就點擊找回密碼，卻遇上這兩個選項：

6 ~. _  b, S, S+ \我都沒信用卡，更買過東西，怎麼辦呢？

難道用原來的地址麼？我居無定所，只有家裡的地址可用！
