Hi! First thread on Jr.Vip - heh, to be honest this post is actually one of the reasons I signed up.
; y0 Q2 B1 F7 Z! m9 }2 Q5 A( r
2 H u8 U8 v, H d# vI've got more than a couple of questions throughout the text, so I1 y+ X; h; s0 \. n7 U) ^9 ^4 E) Q1 U
thought it would make it easier to follow if I underlined the( W8 q* \( n, j; ~& s
questions/things I'm doubting on.

, e+ z, {: ~: k# X4 ?" z1 Q j1 NOk, the thing is - I'm planning on doing free-signup dating offers on CPA networks.& y2 v' Y. ]. N$ C! ~
7 u0 @* ?2 C9 H: m- P! @! q A9 r/ XI would drive the traffic to the offer mostly from CL. (dating)% s! x: N) E2 l+ w

Now at first I was paranoid, because I read a couple of threads about) Q9 `" r. f1 P# m; X
guys complaining that they were doing free-signups, but because none of$ [, z! |* s; | |& W' |$ c
the leads converted into paying ones they got transferred/not payed etc.
- x$ R ]9 C* R1 ]; X( r# H/ m' a/ x. A) j
(I'm not actually sure if they were on CPA- or adult networks. Is there a difference in these two when it comes to free-signups not converting into paid ones?)6 A& U; ?( d- j! w
. @# e# t" K: P4 |Well anyhow, I did some research on the subject. And basically the advice I got was:. |" @8 @; V; ~2 s7 T ?
9 ^, z2 s( k, A# f& \7 x8 h
1. You can always blame the offer, it's not your fault it doesn't convert.
8 Z! W2 i" }, [8 U+ `; _# b' B, p9 Z4 D
2. Atleast your creating a list for them, which they can try to monetize later on (emails, zip codes, addresses etc.)
$ }0 h2 Z1 e1 h, \* A5 h0 N
3 f. _3 ^8 m0 Y1 }0 }3. What do they expect? 99% of people take something free and leave anyways.

( f: C/ z' p: U- n a, A
) l9 R( t6 o# X; g9 Y# s8 U; F9 H! [4 M% N6 u! K: k) T
I think these are some pretty legit reasons, although do they matter anything in the eyes of a network/advertiser?$ a l" a- `8 V! u Q

I was also suggested to keep the amount of money made under $1500 per month per network.( L z1 v7 s1 Z3 c: J$ O
(just to keep it under the radar) That would mean $50 per day, which is
; H/ c }8 |7 Y4 Xlike 15 leads or so. (not many for free-signups) Another thing I will
! N2 N0 w$ w0 R% ]9 Ldefinitely keep in mind is not sticking on one offer - I'l rotate them( m" g2 ^7 @+ O3 A( v# }
or atleast use one offer for..let's say - a week and then pick another

My #1 question right now is whether I should use the scheme:( Z5 p1 T0 K# R6 P
CL->email->BH site->WH site->offer. (I'd use some script /& }/ ? }4 N( `& e
if possible - "Referer Guardian" for redirecting) Some people9 a$ b9 i9 G! z* R# T* k
recommended this. And actually* f- h/ Z: l* [) t. u
! t) K" ~- P" Y" U [0 tit would be pretty logical as a coverup - if anyone asks I'm doing doing: j1 |& W6 ]4 L# C4 T
PPV. (I could tell I'm spending $400 on mediatraffic per month, which
! T- l2 D: {. m7 {2 X% \/ Fwould be like 26k hits) What I would actually do is just send some fake% C: b( e. G! V9 z+ E5 _7 [
traffic to it. (about 20k per month or so)' @" P1 | n6 t X' s. t$ K: |9 g$ u

Now on the other hand there are people who tell me something like "oh
7 b! x" } Z4 Mwhy bother, it's too much of a hassle - just give them a direct link to

cloak/blank anything then? I mean, if I'm sending them the link through e-mail, the referer is blank already, right?6 x5 v# n3 a7 p W! s; C
( K* [) k' `( z" n( |Although a pretty bad setback with e-mailing is that a lot of dating

5 F# A2 c' v3 X M4 O% ^# ]Hm, now I know there isn't a 100% answer, but overall which road should I take? When I'd choose the second one, wouldn't it be too suspicious? What would I have to tell the AM - that I'm using a opt-in mail list?" |. |9 ^- h$ {- ~2 }2 {
9 b. S/ C4 G9 T3 c9 f/ C; r8 IWould I also have to send some fake traffic to the offer? {I mean a 15(sales):20(visitors) ratio wouldn't seem legit, would it?}

& m z0 H. f c6 nBut with the first road, I'm puzzled with what should the sites actually* m1 E2 ~1 p) K; X" H& A2 O
